Because most items are custom-made and personalized, I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

Custom Orders

Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order. This includes names, dates, spelling, colors, and design requests.

Refunds will not be issued for customer-provided errors.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if I made an error on your custom design, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

I will gladly work with you to replace or correct the issue.
